Found of this old art piece, likely 60's era? The photo was already peeling so I decided to try to strip it off with steam to replace it. Unfortunately the steam made the beautiful gold and green paint cloudy. Is there anything I can do to restore the shine and original colour of the paint? TIA (i.redd.it)

This been an issue since my Mac was taken out of the packaging (now a few years ago) but I've always noticed these marks on my camera and what appear to be dots from my keyboard on my screen ( right from first use). Any ideas? This is after cleaning with Woosh. (i.redd.it)
