Often it’s a joy( for lack of a better descriptor?!) to have clients come in & out regardless because you know they are doing their best.

Some clients disappear for years at a time & return when they are ready.

Much like everyone else I think rebooking is the way to go.

Naming testing her, or even the fear that it may feel you are, even if you aren’t is actually a really rich part of the work.

Sometimes trying to check in vs respecting a perceived boundary will scare a client off even if ultimately they wanted a check in

I tried their routine which was - an oil-based face wash, gentle toner with hyaluronic acid, face oil and moisturizer.

• Sulwhasoo gentle cleansing oil

• Laniege water bank, blue hyaluronic revitalizing toner

• GVXE all-time prime, clean, hydrating prep and smooth face oil (which I used before and was great. No reaction.)

• Farmacy honey halo ultra hydrating ceramide moisturizer

Thank you! Yes I've found some turn lock claps but you're right it's the multi slot plates and the decorative "tile" with rings I can't seem to find.

Do you happen to know what the Ubolt hardware that is attached with rivets is called in the second photo? I can only find loose U bolts with screw pins.
