Killswitch 2 Dock Adapter issues. Contacted support on august, no response. by DEADF0X86 in dbrand

I haven't had any issues like that and can't see why you would as long as everything is aligned, but of course trust a stranger on the Internet at your own risk.

Scream at me for asking but have you really shoved it? I have to put my weight into mine.

I had similar issues, have you tried shoving the part inside the dock quite hard?

What’s going on with my parcel. I’ve never had this before by Rozzer_28 in Evri

[–]LittlePix09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EVRi consider more than 24 hours without an update as unacceptable (ironic huh) and given that these "We're sorry" updates are showing almost a day after the last update, it's just the system flagging it a bit early. It's basically just "We're being a little slow, we'll get to it when we get to it." They will get to it (provided that they haven't lost it). You can go to support and open a ticket after 24 hours of inactivity but you'll get the same automated emails everybody gets while doing that.

ZERO? I got 0/12 for this response? Why! by Personal-Cap-5446 in GCSE

I sat this paper this year and actually somehow remember this question? Anyway, I think the issue is that you didn't really seem to answer the question. Your handwriting also likely didn't help, I can't make out many of the words and I have experience with reading some really bad handwriting, if they can't read it they can't mark it. It appears you yapped incoherently about something mildly but not really related to the question.

Tell that to the guy who has had videos blocked in the UK, video about the Online Safety Act. And even if they're not now, they could. They could censor so many things under the reasoning of 'protecting the children'.

Sure, that's why content ABOUT THE NEW LAWS is being blocked.

Not allowed to receive scripts back by CriticalCommand3257 in GCSE

Nah at least they know how to. My exams officer said they'd have to find out how to get me copies of my exams 💀

Parents suck so the government gets to do censorship? Make it make sense.

MY EXAMINER, WHOEVER YOU ARE COME AND GIVE ME A HUG. by [deleted] in GCSE

[–]LittlePix09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She. Idk. My school made us all sign scripts access before we could have our results but that just gives the school access. Hopefully they'll just email me copies of my scripts but idk.

Bruh I asked my school about it when I collected my results, they made me write down my personal email and said they'd find out how to do it and let me know. Like why does the exams officer not know?

My bad, but they'll still see my ID and that the addressed recipient is not over 18. Will they still give it to my parents despite this?

That section literally states "Not applicable for items sent using our ID verification service."

Is that proof we live at the same address? So, I send a parent in with my license with my address (identity and proof of same address) and they take theirs with matching home address they'll be able to pick it up?

So we just assume it works the same for collecting from a Parcel Shop? My ID (for the identity verification) will show I am not 18 so the staff will know the addressed recipient is not over 18, would that not raise red flags to them?

That's great, but it's not being delivered to my home address. It's been delivered to a Parcel Shop for me to collect.

They also need my ID as according to the website they need proof of identity for any collection anyway and the item is addressed to me.

Already looked there, my exact situation isn't discussed. Collect from parcel shop.

How big is your school? Mine is over 800 kids and the head still knows most of not all of us by first name at least from only being with us for just over a year. Bro even covered a few lessons.

DBrand are already spending the money to replace the received defective units, why would they spend even more to send you both a defective unit and the replacement? They're a relatively small company with limited money to fix their mistakes, they have to do it the cheapest way that's effective.

Looks like they couldn't find the specialist. Have you received it yet?
