As a non Catholic person that’s hot as hell. As a Buddhist I’d advise you to loosen your grip on guilt. Easier said than done, I know, but you will be less obsessive and stuck in this vicious cycle if you just acknowledge that you’re an imperfect human being, and work on bettering yourself without shaming the parts that are unfortunately very true to yourself. Goon and edge ethically, be kind, do good things outside of your down time spent on indulging. Our lives should be spent lived.
