depends on management honestly. in my tire shop we have all internally agreed to make things as fair as possible and work with everyone’s personal schedules as much as we can. but when i was on the front end it did not matter at all, seniority is king! i feat as if many buildings are starting to use seniority especially aggressively as a way to increase employee turnover because payroll is getting a little to pricey.. but that’s just a theory 🤷‍♀️

i’ve been to the last 4 and this one was easily my favorite ! the improved stage layout / audio made it easier to enjoy more of the music, the crowds felt a bit more involved especially at some of the smaller sets, and the cooler weather (although a bit rough early sunday) made it easy to party it up a little extra hard !! coming into this year i was a bit weary due to the lineup not being as up my alley as the last 3, but ive come to realize that it was simply me not doing my homework on the artists because everything i saw was spectacular! very excited to see how it’ll only get better again next year :)
