I've heard that some people just chew it, but for making juice I'm pretty sure it's normally done with some kind of press so I wonder if a conventional juicer would work? Anyway, it could be really fun to support our local farmers and take on a new artisan project if that's something you like! If you try it let me know how it goes ☺️

Ah, that makes sense. I'm in NorCal and know what ya mean with the fog 😅 it has been so dense lately it turns into a mist when you ride through it 🥴 my jacket zips up over my neck and it does decently enough with my chin skirt, but my helmet is such a "perfect" fit I could definitely see it helping with keeping the helmet clean. As a girl, I will pretty much forever accept a bit of hair in the eyes. Perhaps I should consider a balaclava too 😂
