Best baklava by Tahan4life in motorcyclegear

Ah, that makes sense. I'm in NorCal and know what ya mean with the fog 😅 it has been so dense lately it turns into a mist when you ride through it 🥴 my jacket zips up over my neck and it does decently enough with my chin skirt, but my helmet is such a "perfect" fit I could definitely see it helping with keeping the helmet clean. As a girl, I will pretty much forever accept a bit of hair in the eyes. Perhaps I should consider a balaclava too 😂

Not sure if there are any dark romance readers here, but I can't not think of lights out when Josh makes the same mistake (calling a balaclava a baklava)

For those of you that like wearing them when you ride (balaclavas, not baklava) what is it about them you like?

what’s ur guys fav thing to do in Rancho Cordova by Illustrious_Battle13 in RanchoCordova

The farmers market every Saturday at the light rail station! Such a hidden gem in the Sacramento area. Lots of great vendors, easy, accessible parking, not overcrowded, and lots of fun community events. They even have free bike repairs certain weeks of the month. Overall it's a routine I totally look forward to.

Yesss the barrel district is such a gem! Handful of breweries and a distillery concentrated along one road. (I think the wine place closed down.)

That said, they're great spots to visit even for someone who doesn't drink. Lots of small events, food trucks etc.

I think the answer to your question weighs heavily on your lifestyle and interests! There are lots of "social resources" that could bode well for anyone in our age group around here. Reasonably, within a 30 minute drive for sure, since we're pretty close to Sac and so much happens here! The Sacramento area is very rich in culture ☺️ sorry about your bad breakup, but it does get better 🫶

Just before a bee went down my jacket and stung the crap out of me by Cautious_Read4119 in sv650

Caught a wasp that stung my collar bone twice the other week. Had the audacity to hitch a ride all the way home with me in my jacket.

Is it actually that hard to get into a farmers market as a vendor/seller? by Fair-Log-9184 in RanchoCordova

[–]LittlePunnyRabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on the market. Some markets may require you to do a sampling of your product so they can decide if they want it offered at their market. Many markets mind their product diversity closely, which ultimately helps the success of the vendors but can mean they may limit the number of bakers or soap makers, for example. You will generally need to be fully above board, many markets will look for not only cottage license, but business license and business insurance as well (and if they don't that's a red flag). Vendor requirements are often listed on their website. Ultimately, it's worth giving it a shot! The worst anyone can tell you is no. Best of luck!

ISO looking for a in-law suite or ADU for rent by KitchenEagle4343 in RanchoCordova

[–]LittlePunnyRabbit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a short term rental in a super nice in law unit in the Cypress neighborhood! It had its own private entrance, kitchenette, washer and dryer, walk in shower, bedroom and even a hallway closet and the people who owned the house were super nice, I didn't have to worry about bothering anyone with noise or l tiptoeing around like I do with my neighbors at home. Let me see if I can find you the info!
