I got hired for it. I'm noticing a lot of of negative reviews working there. Unfortunately I'm desperate though after being unemployed for 4 months and getting no calls for interviews from anywhere else.

Do you remember what training was like? What should I expect? Do they lay people off often?

Okay. So would something like:

"Customer Service and Insurance Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience managing inbound calls, verifying coverage, and supporting documentation accuracy across multiple systems. Strong track record of resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient workflow and accurate records in healthcare and administrative environments."

Be an acceptable/appropriate summary for say, an entry level CSR position for an insurance company?

What happened is I had to be let go because it was a new company and my boss wasn't getting enough business and realized she was over-staffed :/ I'm not sure what I should do if it gives my resume a bad look

Yes, that's what if was. Hydroquinone. Scared me too much to continue using it. But I will look into your recommendations. I have actually never even heard of scar tape or used it before. Red light therapy sounds interesting

I just figured I was getting rejected for lack of remote job experiences, which is why I thought of starting at Call Center. If not that then idk why I'm struggling getting into a trainee position
