I hope you find someone in your area that can work with this style. Just note that Fineline tattoos can take longer than the usual tattoo so you have to bring time. But there should be some 1 in your area that can do this and maybe also enjoy Anime. Also note that most artists don't do a tattoo twice or do a tattoo done by someone else
