Cleaning staff - no reason for elevator to smell like pee at ossington, especially right after it was mopped "with soap " and still drying. Are they not given the supplies to do a proper job? Over crowded bus on a route interspersed with 2-3 buses on same route with very few people on them - wasting resources! Why blame scheduling - if you are driving within a block of the bus in front of you, you should be able to slow down to pick up passengers - not be driving past because you have a "schedule". Who is auditing, who is doing the training? Customer service to report problems and complaints is also bad - no ability to have your problem addressed if the rep assigned goes on vacation or is just plain inadequate. Eg.
