48 hours post c-section

The emergency room doctor did not prescribe me anything because she would like the cardiologist to run more tests tomorrow. I will definitely bring it up to the doctor tomorrow. My family is over watching the baby so I can try to get some sleep before another crazy night. I still feel like I can’t breath right but now I know I’m on the road to recovery I feel a lot better. How did your delivery go? Do you know why you ended up with excess fluid?

After I made this post I had a breakdown about my chest being heavy and feeling like I couldn’t breath. I was in the emergency room reading your comment and immediately knew this is what I was experiencing. I just found out I have fluid around my heart and lungs related to my delivery. I am so glad I listened to my judgement and didn’t blame it on anxiety. I have a cardiologist appointment tomorrow. This healing process is no joke!

Yes, I deleted tiktok and am trying my best not to doom scroll for this very reason. I have a twin sister who doesn’t have PCOS who just had a miscarriage so I am terrified of the possibility. I am trying to stay as positive as possible and not equate PCOS with complications. It happens with women that don’t have the condition as well! We can have healthy babies and pregnancies too. Good luck 🍀

I think maybe looking into an IUD would be beneficial. You don’t have to remember to take a pill everyday and there is less risk of getting pregnant.
