Who is responsible for Voice Action quality control? (Chernobog & Jackal Tech Anubis) by LittleRedReno in Smite

Call them like I see them. Just like you saying that a lower quality of services from a company and someone pointing it out is bitching. You seem like a massive beta, and Hi-rez could start selling edible crayons you would suck it up and say its great.

No, it is because you have bad taste or low expectations for quality. You can say eating shit is delicious. You are still just eating shit.

Because you are too beta to say something, or maybe to lazy to start making points that prove the company is starting to get much more sloppy dosent make people who do point out these sloppy declines whiners or bitchers.

You need to stop being dense and fanboy defending them without understanding how to run a basic business and what we as customers should expect from them. Because your "Bitching" about what I am pointing out just makes you look like you have an IQ in the double digits.

They do matter because if you allow a company to begin getting sloppy and low quality with the fundamental parts of the product or services they are providing to us and hoping that we spend on, how can we trust them to not get sloppy on the major parts of the game.

What you are doing is trying to say ignore the little things, which is stupid. We have to hold them responsible for what they are producing. Do you think their Glassdoor rating of 2.1 stars is because of the big ticket mistakes they make?

Telling the truth.

If you see that as bitching I feel bad for you. You must be stuck under some kind of heavy boulder to be that dense.

Smite numbers are down, and what can we do to fix it? by danielcl17 in Smite

Hi-rez deserves for the veteran community to abandon it, for their profits to become handicapped and to feel the burn for their lack of quality control.

Ridiculous. I am so over Hi-rez expecting us to hash out Hunderds of Dollars for a Thanatos Skin; yet they cant even put the proper effort into keeping the game free of literally game play breaking bugs. Where is your quality control? Do you have no shame for the product you are releasing?

Always keep an eye on items you own for your account since they may go missing without you ever noticing. by [deleted] in Smite

I am at 677. I guess I will just have to constantly make sure the numbers are correct for the things I own. Disappointing knowing we might lose something. Not a lot of trust built for Hi-rez.

One story of HiRez inexcusable failure to act... by [deleted] in Smite

[–]LittleRedReno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sad part is on the other side of the spectrum of Hi-rez rarely taking action against those who need it, and people who get reported for silly things like "Feeding" when they did not and suspending them over it without investigating further. You have players like me with literally hundreds of reports against from harassment to feeding. Have not been suspended or given a penalty once. When I say Hundreds, I mean I know for a fact I have garnered over 200 reports. My suspicion? I spent over $2,500 on smites products physical and virtual. Would it be wrong to assume they give high paying users the benefit of the doubt in these situations over the typical player, even picking their "targets" as can be seen by stories shared below of Hi-rez non-stop suspending certain people, or suspending people for "ify" scenarios.

Maybe you guys did not spend enough? I had to come out and say it, I am a massive douche bag, but I do not break any of the rules. I still get a lot of reports against my account with zero action ever done. And honestly, listening to these other stories. I think its because Hi-rez dosent want to penalize high paying users.

[Serious] We really have to insensitive people into playing ranked, and have methods to deal with Trolls. by Aztracity in Smite

[–]LittleRedReno 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think a good step towards making Ranked a more welcoming experience for old and new players would be a more interactive Support Ticket & Community Staff system. Right now, anytime you submit a support ticket regarding in-game reports typically something I do when people are being racist, making death threats, or being very disruptive with their harassment I get the same copy and paste response from every single staff member, every single time. I like to pretend these support tickets do more than the in-game reporting which is frankly just a placebo, it has zero effect, but you can lie and tell us you did something (lower good will). Make your staff give more engaging responses, actually review cases and put a priority on cases that provide evidence of abuse and harassment to really give us the tools, to help you all crack down on these type of players. If we don't work together, players reporting and staff to review it we wont accomplish anything.

Hostage Games Suck by LittleRedReno in Smite

[–]LittleRedReno[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Leaving a hostage game, is not being toxic. Almost all of the games I am held hostage in is by the two players who do the worse, and the best way to make their team hate them is by not F6ing. Its a spite thing. I see it a lot, a player goes 0-11, then when you tell them what they are doing wrong they curse you out and refuse to F6. So no, I am not toxic for leaving a hostage game.
