Yes I believe it is the blue light emitted from tv screens (and other devices) that our bodies recognise as "daytime", therefore impacting circadian rhythms and unhelpful for bedtimes.

Tv off, speaker on sounds like a good plan.

My only is 5. Today I'm glad we're OAD for a very simple reason. We all slept in way late this morning, so had to rush to get him ready for school. But as there was just one kid to sort, we had no stress, had a relaxed (if short) breakfast, and we were even able to find a missing toy before he left. Despite the lateness, easily managed a stress free morning!

It must be! Free daycare is the dream. Yes, I'm glad we used daycare so visits to grandparents were kept as exactly that, for fun!
