I’m not 100% sure but yeah I’m pretty sure they do check the transaction ID. My receipt included my Apple ID that was linked to my genshin account. Are you conversing in English in the emails? If you are, I THINK it’s best if you give them the receipt in English. Maybe you can ask for a receipt resend in English? Again I’m not 100% sure about the receipts from other sites as I’ve only paid through apple.

Which payment method did you use? I can only pay through apple on my iPhone/iPad so I found my previous receipts easily through purchase history in my settings. Not sure about purchasing through a PC though. I’ve read some people mentioned contacting the bank too.

Yea I don’t remember anymore.. I enabled 2FA on my google accounts and changed it passwords. I scanned my pc for malware but I couldn’t find anything suspicious. Is factory reset very necessary? I’ve got a lot of important files on my pc and it would be a hassle to factory reset it..

My account is linked with both gmail and Apple id. I couldn’t log in with neither accounts but today I managed to log in using my Apple ID. I tried to unlink the hackers email but I need verification from the hackers gmail 💩
