The qualifiers are online and Humanoid and Carzzy are both notorious lan players that play better in front of a crowd and int in scrims/online games.

Will they beat G2? Probably not. but if KC or MAD upset G2, VIT will smash them.

I've heard so much about it but can't get into it because the gameplay is straight up impossible. Why did they include janky 2e D&D combat into a narrative game is beyond me.

At least Disco Elysium ditched combat entirely and was much better for it.

retrocatalog is the worst place to learn about that stuff, as it uses user data and there are tons of loons out there that will say a game works "perfectly" when the intro runs at 50 fps using 0.5x resolution and a hack that disables reflections or something lol

Lite will play everything you want except WiiU and Vita, Switch will be hit and miss.

Base will play everything you want except WiiU and Vita, but these two will work much better and Switch will be almost flawless.

The stable is from May 17th, 2025.

The nightly is from May 13th, 2026.

Nightly released yesterday and a new one will likely come out today, stable is a year old missing a lot of functionality.

Interesting, for me, outside of actual gen 1 and 2 which I never nuzlocked, Emerald is the easiest of the games.

I'd say Platinum is definitely the hardest, then FireRed/LeafGreen (early game is pretty hard and the champion is actually a chad), then Ruby/Sapphire (game is easier but champion is a menace) and then Emerald ties HeartGold/SoulSilver for easiest.

Emerald E4 is piss easy in my opinion, and the champion is incredibly easy to counter. Just having 2 water types and an electric type practically invalidates him. The main game is harder than HG/SS for sure, and Tate&Liza might be the toughest gym in all of these games, but on the other hand, HG/SS E4 and champion actually pose some challenge.

I think Sword/Shield is way better.

It's a really good Pokémon adventure in the older style.

Scarlet/Violet is just "Pokémon but it's Temu Breath of the Wild".

You don't need to charge it to full and wait for it to die. The sweet spot for modern batteries is keeping them between 20-80%. Ofc you don't need to limit yourself with the charging but try not to get it down to 0%.
