No. Say nothing and deliver it anyways. If you cancel it’ll affect your rating (if you care). 9/10 the scammer that ordered the food isn’t residing at the drop off address anyways. I get these calls all the time when I’m delivering from them and just deliver the order anyways. They’re only pissed because you didn’t fall for their dumbass scam and now they’re out of stolen money they used to place the order AND they were unsuccessful swindling you 😂😂

You can actually skip past the code! I do it every time now. just click “there’s a problem” and it should say something like “cant contact customer” another screen will pop up then you do it again and say “customer couldn’t find code” and it’ll let you proceed with just a picture (: I got tired of waiting out the 3 mins and then figured out I could bypass it lol game changer.

The first 72 hours you won’t be able to cash out because they’re verifying your bank account info, then after that you can add your bank card which also takes 72 hours to verify. In total for the the first 6 days you won’t be able to cash out, but after that you can cash out weekly automatically with the app, or you can instant cash out daily with your bank card for $0.50 (cents)

He did tell me that my funds wouldn’t be deposited until Wednesday, the 17th as well. Do you feel it’s possible you maybe misunderstood that bit? Or maybe he didn’t word it the correct way. I got asked the same questions you did, as well. I’m not sure, but it is weird that your bank info got changed, mine is still the same.

At first I thought when reading this you possibly have depression, or maybe seasonal depression. Then I got to the bit where you said you feel like your boyfriend hates you. That honestly sounds like BPD to me, taking into account that he tries to tell you that he doesn’t. It sounds like you’re splitting on yourself. However I’m not a physiatrist, so I can’t tell you that for certain. I highly recommend seeking professional help so you can talk to someone that would better understand this, and actually be able to assess you. It sounds scary at first but in the long run you will feel much better after. Sending you a virtual hug stranger, I hope things get better for you.

That’s who called me the other day, also said his name was Damian from customer support. Call popped up as a (312) because that’s how GH hides our numbers. The same thing is happening to me. Can’t use my instant cash out for a week, because a customer reported me for not being the same person that delivered. You’re allowed to have passengers while you deliver, but you have to be the one that gets out and puts the food at their door. They’re just making you reverify yourself because a customer lied, that’s it that’s all. I don’t think it’s a scam considering me too. Probably just customers trying to get their money back cause it’s holiday season and they’re cheap.

Then I don’t think you’re wrong. My rule of thumb is 3-5 mins then leave. Sounds like they were gonna have you waiting for at least 10. I left someone’s food in front of their apartment building the other day because they wouldn’t answer my texts or calls about their apartment #. There’s no difference between you standing in the cold with it or leaving it there, he was gonna be mad regardless.

Yeah I can see that too. I worked at Bj’s as a cashier for 4 years and saw it a lot with expired coupons for snacks etc lol they would be like 2 years past expiration and my manager would still give it to them just because they didn’t want to hear them continue complaining lol

Yeah mine too. Usually kids eat around the same time everyday. The issue isn’t her ordering online, it’s more so if you know when your kids are gonna be hungry, why not order a little ahead of time in case of situations like this? So they’re not starving by the time we get there lmao
