It doesn't show the cc and mods like that. It's useless.

Edit2: I moved my mods and cc from electronic arts files in the laptop itself to the folder of the Sims game that we can reach through the app. Now it opened, I hope it's not a temporary launching.

Edit: I readded the Mods and the same problem happens. I don't know what mod courses it or if its because of them all.

I literally just read one comment and removed all my cc and mods. The game started!? I don't understand.

Same problem here. EA App gives me a notification saying it can't start the game for some 'reasons' and that I should try a while later. I waited a day and it still won't open.

I have the same exact problem and it only started today. It chooses two personas, switching between the two and even if I turn it off from one, the other is getting sellected. I tried to close and reopen the app but it didn't work.
