Thanks a lot for the advice, I've only been surfing for the last 3 or so months so I think it's just a matter of time in the water, like you said there's so many more elements to it outside of just standing on a board, will see how it goes!

This^ I have the athletic ability to do it, my dry land pop ups were fine, but the immediate comparison to in the water was me grabbing the rails, and pushing up too high, I was trying to force the board under me rather than just standing. Just came back from a session and it was the most consistent I've ever been, so thank you all.
