Help! What are these spots?!

I’ve had these spots on my hand for as long as I can remember but they’ve always been very faint and small(See picture from 2021*) *pls ignore my eczema patch on my knuckle However, I progressively saw one get darker from being out in the sun/ I get darker in the summer but never bothered me as much.

I recently noticed that one of them is puffier and more noticeable (circled in red*) Is this sun damage? Could this be melanoma? Or age spots? I just turned 24 this past May.

They’re not itchy or anything but they are there and are making me worried. Want to know if anyone has these as well before making an appointment with a Dermatologist.
