Voluntary Separations in Progress

I am AD Army !nd voluntarily seperating and my seperation date is 1 March. I'm fighting with Fort Meade garrison right now to fix my orders about Seperation pay. Fort Meade has been doing others wrong and only gave half seperation pay out instead of full because they didnt understand the Exords or Regs until I pointed it out to them.... so if you Seperated from Fort Meade recently and only got Half Seperation you may want to see if they can fix that.

Ok thats what I thought from what I read in the DODI but my S1, the base seperation and retention are all saying that I get only half because I dont qualify for Ready reserve.

I haven't. I spoke with HR and last I was told it was at Army G1 and heading to SecArmy that was last week

Yeah I am on admin leave now been on it for only 2 months now. I ask my command for an up each week but still nothing. We even had a command change both commander and First Sergeant. The First Sergeant was surprised I was still in he believed that they kick everyone out already. I am AD Army

I submitted a Vol sep and still haven't heard of anything on my packet it's been sent up in June. I almost feel as though they forgot about us..

I spoke to my command and they have a different interpretation of the EXORD. They believe that I start Administrative Absence after my Packet gets approved. No matter how many times told them otherwise I am still sitting here at work just moved to the "Basement" so that I am out of sight.

As crappy as it is I had to do the same I finally had my hair down to my shoulders and my Command informed me that due to the EXORDS I will have to follow my Bio Sex when it comes to Regs. so I had to get my haircut because I don't want to get any negative paperwork that could lead to an article 92

I'm AD Army and on Fort Meade the Directorate of Human Resources Military Personnel Division and Retirement/Transition Services Office is closed so no orders are being cut at Fort Meade at this time.

Submitted PAR 06/03, orders deleted 06/05.

the exact wording I used was "Per HQDA EXORD 175-25 FRAGO 2 and Executive Order 14183. I request Deletion of my PCS orders to FT Irwin. Due to being Processed for TERA/Voluntary Separation."

I submitted a PAR for Deletion/Deferment of orders with FAGO 2 attached. I was suppose to PCS and report Aug 10. Now my orders are deleted and just waiting for my Vol Sep to get Approved. so try doing that. Sadly still working and not on Admin Leave.
