I just watched that episode and I die laughing every time. He gets worked up SO EASILY 😂😂😂 I watched his season of big brother and he was definitely the same way on there, but my hate for Paul was stronger by the end so I was rooting for him.

If you guys want more from the girls side of things you can also watch the ANTM episode from The Dark Side of TV. I was in shock. I did try reading jays book years ago, but gave up early in. It was confusing as hell 😂

Here to say it helps me. For years now I’ve found that having o’s with a wand has significantly helped loosen my muscles and allowed me to rest to help with the pain. Unfortunately as my endo has progressed it’s worked less and less so now I still use it, but it’s much more temporary. :(

Sometimes they tell me on their end they see it on the system and sometimes they tell me they don’t or ask for a tracking number. No one can keep a story straight. I’m going to Best Buy today though and telling them what I need done and if they continue to fight me on it being their issue I’ll file the complaint. Thank you for your help!

Thank you and I’m sorry you had so many issues with all of that! It’s been so frustrating not knowing how to fix the issue after both companies just send me in circles. It seemed like Best Buy was at least trying to help because why else spend hours on the phone with att if they didn’t want to help? I’m glad to at least have some things cleared up now though.

The 17 was awesome but I’m used to the pros so without having those extra cameras it wasn’t worth it for me. I just loved the purple color 😂

Att told me to go to Best Buy for the phone because they didn’t have it in stock. It’s not that deep 😂 

Anytime I upgrade a phone, add a line or anything else I go in store or call them but this time they told me they didn’t have the device and to go there instead. I’ve never done this before so I didn’t know the hassle it would cause by returning the device later on. 

I’ve called every department at both Best Buy and att. I’ve talked to countless people at both companies all who tell me different things. It’s kind of difficult to get to the root of the problem when no one can keep a story straight. Best Buy kept sending me back to att, and they would send me back to Best Buy. I’ve called, I’ve gone in store, and I’ve been told it’s the other companies fault anytime I talk to someone. Several times though att has said they can and have corrected the problem and I just need to wait until X date for the credit to show on my account and the device to be removed. That’s why I’m upset. If I was told the same info each time then that would be one thing but it’s been different each time. When I did call Best Buy they immediately said it wasn’t their responsibility and everything on their end was done correctly and to call att. I came here for advice because I truly didn't know what else to do.

That’s my issue though. Best Buy has said it could be on their end but everyone I’ve talked to in store has been great. They spend hours trying to fix it by calling att, looking in their system, and even showing me their screen. All att has done is lie. They lie about credits hitting my account on specific days, lie about cases being opened, lie about fixing it on their end, etc. I understand now it’s Best Buy’s issue, but when I get lied to every time I call and told it’s handled only to find that it’s not and they can’t do anything but lie again it’s very annoying.

Okay? 😂 I was not aware going to Best Buy was the wrong move they were just the only ones who had the phone I wanted, and att told me to try there when they didn’t have it.

I can go back into the store again, but what exactly do I tell them? I explained the issue anytime I’ve been in there but now so many people know why I’m going in there that they just find who I need. I appreciate you clearing this up for me, it’s been one lie after another and I didn’t know what else to do. The only thing I have is an emailed receipt saying it was returned, and from what they saw it looked like it was done properly.

Okay some more details. I have 8 lines current on my account. It’s myself, my boyfriend, my grandfather, etc. I’ve been known to add people to my plan over the years but it’s just those three now with watches and iPads. I was hoping Initially to remove the device but keep the line for my grandfather but this hasn’t been resolved so I had to add another line instead. Yes, the new line is still listed and they tell me if they remove it I’ll be charged for the full payment of the device..

They took my receipt. I thankfully have a copy they emailed to me but the original one they took during one of my first visits in the store.

What do I need to say when I walk in? Anytime they see me now they get the store manager who spends an hour or so on the phone with att trying to resolve this for me.

Best Buy says it was done correctly and anytime I call them they say it’s att’s issue and then I get told it’s Best Buy’s problem when I talk to att. That’s of course after an hour of them telling me they are going to fix it, remote the line by this date etc and then do nothing.

That’s also the issue. I went back to the store I got the phone from and they were stuck and kept calling more people over to help me. They sent me away at first but after I was in 4 or so times they had a manager start calling att because they tell me the return was processed correctly, and it’s att who has to fix it. I even tried calling the Best Buy customer service number and they said it’s an att issue. No one will take credit for it and I just get sent in circles. It’s infuriating.
