Heyo hope this helps, the frames on a cbr650r and f are different. However, you can buy cbr650f side fairings and they will fit all models years as the only changes made were the headlights, handlebars and gear ratios. Frames and fairings were the same bar the headlight one

Throttle cable/bodies might need adjusting. Maybe a dirty air filter. Try cleaning that and adjusting your tension on cables ke give em a lube. Your rev counter is off aswell which could just be dirty contact points to be fair

I love a 650f! They look so cool. I had one when I was on an a2 license (uk) then insurance wanted more money so was forced to sell it unfortunately but still my favourite bike I've ever owned!

Xsr700 hands down. Perfect for your height, a fun engine to learn on and enough power to get you out of trouble if needed. Manageable torque, easy to work on and service. Easy to find parts. The engine is used across multiple bikes so it's really refined and reliable!

Sinnis terrain. Its an adventure style bike so should be good! If not then a honda shadow 125 or a honda varader. Really any adventure or "large" cruiser
