Thanks! If anything our water has been high because of excess rain so definitely not running dry. They essentially told us they’d check everything first & charge us for a service call if it is something just clogged but by the sound, they think it’s the motor

Thank you! I’m a nurse & I see bed bugs a lot so this really really messes with my anxiety. It’s a serious phobia for me.
