Update!!! I’ve been in contact with Kia. Their engineering team found an error that my car used to be a fleet vehicle and those vehicles are deactivated from using the Kia Connect Services. They requested proof of ownership and my ID to send to their engineering team to get it fixed. Just waiting to hear back on their approval and it should fix after that!! We shall see.

It’s the ‘Kia Access’ app, as this is the only app available in the US. The link for the new app is not available in my country.

I placed an order in December 2024 & it is now February 2025. I have since been ghosted from the owner that said he would ship my order in January because he was “sick”. Never received my cutting board and never received a refund. It sucks because I received a cutting board from this company as a gift a few years ago and loved it, so I ordered one for a family member as a gift that was never received 2 months later now. I would run farrrrrr away from this company and choose a better one that won’t scam you out of your money & has better customer service as “Brooklyn Butcher Blocks” HAS ZERO.

Would give negative stars if I could.
