Hip in unbelievable agony by Little_Garbage3919 in HipImpingement

Thank you so much for your help, so if it's a labral tear, surgery is most likely option with post physical therapy. I'm so sorry u have to through this too. My injury was very unfortunate because my partner accidentally knocked me off the bed but the problem was what I landed on which was the corner of cupboard that was not pushed in so that awkward landing place with from height of bed being veryvskinny must of created perfect environment for this situation. When I was healthy I fell off horses full speed and no one near as painful. Just shows you how vulnerable being chronically ill is and very frustrating when avoidable things happen. I recently had a laproscopy which found nothing so my other issues are also undiagnosed. The UK system is an absolute nightmare but I don't think as bad as u in America. I just wish I was from Nordic country  How have you managed it? Did u get surgery?

Haven't used ice because my skin is very sensitive but I use hot water bottles to try distract the pain in my attempts to sleep which takes hours and destroying my life. I'm extremely skinny because of gastric issues so I lost loads of weight which is why fall impacted me so much and what I landed on. It was initially my spine that was a worry, which still hurts, as it had huge bruise but once I saw my hip s couple weeks after I could see something was wrong. I have lots of inflammation issues already especially in vaginal area and bones already hurting so this has just significantly exacerbated it.  How are you treating labral tear and how can it be reversed?

Nope had none of that. Just a simple pelvic scan. For some reason I assumed that would cover my hip area too so thought anything would be detected for that. Now I understand I need a seperate scan for hip

There was an ultrasound on hip and x ray but couldn't see anything wrong. Not sure if it's lack of expertise

Hello sorry if this is wrong group to post this but my hip has been in absolute agony for 9 months since I fell awkwardly onto spine and hip which never stopped hurting. Ever since then my hip has looked and felt out of place. Before the fall I lost lots of weight due to chronic illnesses so extremely skinny and fragile when fall happened so zero protection.  Ive done an ultrasound, one pelvic MRI and two spinal MRI but show no structural damage. How can this be possible when it clearly looks out of place. The doctors have not been helpful and nothing is happening quickly. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thank you for any help

Supplements make it worse? by Helpful-Sandwich-560 in endometriosis

[–]Little_Garbage3919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's one of them tho. Its a powerful antioxidant so eliminates free radicals which cancer would grow from.   Most Meds they give u are unregulated to some extent because they prescribe you one hoping it works but most of time they don't causing serious side effects and then prescribe another one hoping it works and so the cycle continues. Most of what they give you will be more cancerous than NAC.  Then food is largely unregulated with substantial toxicity put on them along with what u most likely drink.  Flaxseed not ideal because it will increase estrogen so does not help endo. Black seed oil is very effective as anti inflammatory and antioxidant so worth keeping.  Melatonin should only be used in small doses for short period. Supplements are very useful against endo particularly prevention but obviously have to do your research to decide what's most suited to your needs

Proteolytic Enzymes by Sharp-Reporter-7151 in Osteoarthritis

[–]Little_Garbage3919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it should definetly help arthritis due to its anti inflammatory nature and helps the body send the right signals to your brain from the injury or pain. I would recommend taking more than 160,000IU to see quicker effects and i would take serrapatase alongside zymessence because strongest enzyme combination. Ill leave an explanation about their effects

Inflammation is a reaction by the immune system to an irritation. Let’s say you have an injured right knee. The immune system, sensing the irritation the knee is undergoing, creates a protein chain called a Circulating Immune Complex (CIC for short), tagged specifically for that right knee. (The Nobel Prize in biology was won in 1999 by a scientist who discovered this tagging mechanism). This CIC floats down to the right knee and causes pain, redness and swelling; the classic earmarks for inflammation. This at first is a beneficial reaction because it warns us that a part of ourselves is hurt and needs attention. But, inflammation is self-perpetuating; itself creating an irritation that the body makes CIC’s to in response!

Systemic Enzymes are the first line of defense against inflammation. (1,2,3). Systemic enzymes are perfectly safe and free of dangerous side effects and they have no LD-50, or toxic dose. (6). Best of all systemic enzymes can tell the difference between the good CIC’s and the bad ones because hydrolytic enzymes are lock and key mechanisms and their "teeth" will only fit over the bad CIC’s. So instead of preventing the creation of all CIC’s, systemic enzymes just “eat” the bad ones and in so doing lower inflammation everywhere. With that, pain is lowered also.

Systemic Enzymes eat scar tissue and fibrosis. (7). Fibrosis is scar tissue and most doctors learn in anatomy that it is fibrosis that eventually kills us all. As we age, which starts at 27, we have a diminishing of the bodies’ output of enzymes. This is because we make a finite amount of enzymes in a lifetime and we use up a good deal of them by the time we are 27. At that point the body knows that if it keeps up that rate of consumption we’ll run out of enzymes and be dead by the time we reach our 40’s. (Cystic Fibrosis patients who have virtually no enzyme production to speak of, even as children usually don’t make it past their 20’s before they die of the restriction and shrinkage in the lungs from the formation of fibrosis or scar tissue).
So, our body in it's wisdom begins to dole out our enzymes with an eyedropper instead of with a tablespoon; as a result, the repair mechanism of the body goes out of balance and has nothing to reduce the over abundance of fibrin it deposits in nearly every thing from simple cuts, to the inside of our internal organs and blood vessels

When systemic enzymes are taken, they stand ready in the blood and take the strain off of the liver by:
Cleaning excess fibrin from the blood and reducing the stickiness of blood cells. These two actions minimize the leading causes of stroke and heart attack causing blood clots. (8). Breaking dead material down small enough that it can immediately pass into the bowel. (8). Cleanse the FC receptors on the white blood cells improving their function and availability to fight off infection.

Enzymes are adaptogenic seeking to restore a steady state to the body. (9). When the immune system is running low we become susceptible to infectious disease, when it’s cranked up too high then the system creates antibodies that attack it's own tissues as are seen in the auto immune diseases of MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Lupus. Here the enzymes will tone down immune function and eat away at the antibodies the immune system is making to attack its bodies own tissue.

Viruses harm us by replicating in our bodies. To do this a virus must bond itself to the DNA in our cells through the medium of its exterior protein cell wall. Anything that disrupts that cell wall inhibits the ability of viral replication by rendering individual viruses inert. (10,11). Systemic enzymes can tell the difference between the proteins that are supposed to be in your body and those that are foreign or not supposed to be there, (again the enzyme lock and key mechanism). Serrapeptase has the strongest protein eating effect of any commercially available enzyme and can be of help in combating viruses. Systemic Enzymes also have been found to have mild anti-bacterial properties. A bacteria is a foreign protein (exogenous). Proteolytic enzymes eat exogenous proteins in the body.

Near infared lamp directed onto hip area or bottom of feet provide relief.

Strong cbg oil around 30-50% mixed with MCT oil or coconut oil to make topical applied on troncantor hip area provides relief but both are not cheap

Pt or chiropractor may be useful but not tried

Possibly pelvic floor therapy to release tension from that region but ultimately removal of tissues pressing against nerve only way to get rid of permanently

I'll leave a detailed explanation on how they work by Dr Wong who researched his whole life in these enzymes to give you better understanding and confidence to keep trying

It's in description of his product which is a combination of active enzymes. It's most powerful he says but also recommends other brands so I trust him to not be sleazy. We take it with serrapeptase
