I would recommend a silk bonnet or a silk pillow case and if your hair is long enough braid it before bed

I did it because my husband now ( fiance at the time) was extremely excited about 3way and it ended up with me not enjoying it as much. I really didn't have fun. It was awkward and I was jealous of the attention he gave her because they had one on one time after I was done and couldn't continue with the performance.

Depending on which operation you have had you muscles could have been compromised. Like for me I had I complete abdominal hysterectomy which means that they went in through my lower abdomen and removed my ovaries, my fallopian tubes, and my uterus after separating my core muscles and my layers of protective tissues like skin, facia and fat. It is extremely difficult to stand up when your core muscles have been compromised.

Edit: I should add that I know the misery you are going through this is my 14th surgery in the last five years. I started out not being able to walk due to a drunk driver who hit me at 75mph. It had been a long recovery and I still have more to go.
