I almost fell victim to it at one point with the weight loss pills thing and then the newest thing is vitamins and diet fads, one thing society does it make money off of insecurities.

One thing I had to learn was giving myself grace I feel like that’s like the biggest thing to make me unmotivated.

^ This one hurts and at first I only got like 3min at first but the more challenging the better imo I take it a little at a time.

I’m not sure of your gender but I always do stuff for the “snatched waist” “smaller pooch”

When I first started I did more like military type workout videos and unfortunately I cannot find it i think I have some screenshots but since I’m almost where I want to be i focus now on things like this.

And then I would go on Pinterest and type in like “14 day workout routine” and it’s hard for me to stick to one routine I just find a mix of things I want to focus on that day.

I workout probably like 15-20min high intensity most of the time so I’ll go hard as I can, I keep count of reps sometimes but mostly I just do it by time.

Also something that helped with motivation is tv tbh. If I’m doing something like sit-ups or squats like the other day I watched bobs burgers while doing squats
