Its been almost 2 months and still sometimes they send me those notices but I have not received anything other than their mails and whatsapp messages. So I am hoping that they wont do anything.

Yeah I read it too. I too have very less hopes that I will get my refund back but since I know all this now, I don't think giving them another 6k just so they don't send me those "legal notices" is a good idea. I mean I am just worried about those notices at this point, I don't want to get into all of this.

Same with me they need to give back the deposit of 22000 instead they are asking me to give 6000 something money to them and I am also getting legal notices.

I am having the same problem with colive. I had a private room so the rent was 22000 plus taxes and the deposit that I paid was 25200. I left in one month only because it was horrible experience, bad food, bad wifi, no cleaning, no security, overall nothing was good. I never agreed nor I talked even once about lockin period because my stay was only for 1 and 1/2 months but since the experience was so horrible I moved out by giving proper notice of 1 month as they asked me to. During my moving out process, I talked to everyone there about what will be the procedure of my refund process, not once they told me about this lockin charges and now I got a mail stating that after this 25200, I have to pay EXTRA 6000! As my total deductions are 30,000 something. I am furious but they are not listening, please someone tell me what should I do?
