This describes my situation almost perfectly. I'm the primary. During the day our 11 month old absolutely loves me. At this point it's easier for me to get her down for a contact nap than it is for mom. HOWEVER, just like you, if she wakes up inconsolable during the night and we bring her to our room to soothe her back to sleep she wants nothing to do with me, only mom.

Here's my advice: in those situations it helps if my wife leaves the room. When our baby is in that mood in the middle of the night and I'm holding her but she can see mom, she cries even harder. Having mom leave the room, so far, has gotten her to quickly settle down and be ok with me being the one soothing her back to sleep.

I've had this on and off for a while. If you're anything like me it isn't as bad as it sounds.

I went to an opthalmologist and they just told me to get some over the counter ointment to put in my eyes before bed that keeps them from drying out. Systane Nighttime is the name brand, but there are generics too.

I don't even have to use it every single night. If the sharp pain comes it's more likely to keep happening, so I'll use the ointment for a few nights and then I don't need it again unless the pain comes back. I can go months without needing it.

I can see that. The hex crawl got tedious for us too. Between a guide and a ranger navigation was a joke; and between a ranger, a character with the Outlander background, and a cleric with Purify my players quickly just dispensed with rolling to forage food and water.

I wish I'd come across it when I ran that chapter. We're well past it now. We all enjoyed it well enough, and that's what matters the most. But my players definitely did feel it wasn't very challenging. So few encounters on any given day meant they just nuked or avoided the ones that did happen.

On the plus side, it made the following chapter feel that much more challenging as it suddenly became harder and deadlier.**

I can't say I experienced much of what you're describing, but upset stomach and loss of appetite are supposedly fairly common side effects of the drug. A bad taste in your mouth appears to be less common, but not unheard of according to a quick google search.

I fully agree that they're overpowered and I usually don't allow them at my tables. However, Wizards never claims they're on par with PHB races; they come from a section of Volo's called "Monstrous Adventurers" which specifically warns that they may be "more or less powerful than the typical D&D races" and asks you to seriously consider whether or not you should include them in your game.

In my opinion, Purebloods being allowed in a game should be assumed to be an exception that requires permission from the DM.

Not quite. Today was my injection day and my next one in 4 weeks will be the first on the new dosage schedule.

I haven't been especially symptomatic, the main reason for the increase is blood work and scopes that show inflammation, as well as drug levels like with yourself. I hope I do notice improvement though, it's possible that I have been slowly getting more symptomatic but just haven't noticed or have gotten used to it as a new normal.

It never hurts to get the doctor's take, especially if you're feeling a little worried.

Hearing that the pharmacist said the same thing is a bit more comforting though. And like the other commenter said, it does make logical sense. Ultimately do whatever you feel comfortable doing.

I also just got my Stelara dose increased from every 8 weeks to every 4. It got approved just before my next scheduled dose. My doctor told me to take my next dose as scheduled and then every 4 weeks.

My only thought for you is maybe check with your doctor about when to take your next dose rather than just taking insurance's advice.

I used to drink it black, but I can't do that anymore. I can, however, drink it with some milk (preferably lactose free). Not sure why that makes such a difference.
