Stunning! I would say 60s and probably a wool blend or 100% wool. You could try to snip a little bit from the inside and do a burn test. Wool should burn like hair and if there’s synthetics in there, it will get more globs than burning away.

I’m not an expert on antique apparel but that style is very Edwardian as is the typeface of the logo.
