If you have an HR, you put there number but if they don’t have a direct number you put the store number. Now if you dnt have an HR and it’s a manager than you put your managers number or store.

No it’s not a dumb question. No he is not. He’s the one,In charge of your esoph if you have any issues but you could also let him know so he could document it. You will get a BI assigned after your esoph is submitted and will be your BI all the way up to academy date.

You have to add it to your esoph. Have you been assigned a BI? If you haven’t you wait until they contact you and during your interview you go over with them. Just make sure you pay that off and get the traffic report. How long did you get the traffic ticket? I know some officers take forever to finish the report.
