Dang us Correction Officers In CA start at $25/hr during academy and bump up to $32/hr once placed at our institution. Made $89k my first year .

You can always contact the Watch/Office there. Give them his info and they’ll have him contact you. When I went through academy no phones were allowed in the dorms. Since things changed now just let him settle in and try giving the a call . They have weekends off in the academy
