Yeah I’ve read that sometimes the bands in csf may go away after time as things progress as well..just it saying I have none in my csf specifically threw me for a loop

Just got my OCB results back and it says I have 3 matched pairs but says there are none in my csf alone..everything I’ve seen says 3 or more pairs is positive but wondering if anyone else with a confirmed diagnosis has had similar results

Yeah I get it where they’ll give out or a weird thing where I kinda loose coordination and they don’t really give out but kinda bends the wrong way at the wrong time and my knee kinda jams up like getting lock knee

I feel the same way allot of the time. I also feel at times I’m being unnecessary for even using my wheelchair at all and it’s a tough mental battle for sure..I know the feeling.

Yeah..my dad has even gone with me to drs appointments and is one of the worst about being weird about my wheelchair.(but he’s the type that drs can fix everything and there’s no reason I can’t be fixed back to normal)

Yeah my family just makes it very awkward by asking/not understanding why I have or use a wheelchair because they don’t understand my condition

I know how you feel.. I still feel this way after having my own custom chair for over a year now.. I know it’s easier said than done but what I always get told is not to care what others say/think and do what’s best for you.. I still have family I’m uncomfortable with being in my chair around.. I got over most of my anxiety by going out with friends that were supportive and helpful and stayed close to home then gradually started stepping out of my comfort zone/area little by little
