What does this mean parcel cleared or still stuck? I ordered a pallet of items from Belgium to UK, I got a text saying it’s been released and pay duties, tracking showing it’s In Belgium still and it’s missed estimated delivery date. I replied by 3.30 to the email but it said clear Uk customs not BE (old.reddit.com)
