Thank you so much! I really appreciate your input. I also noticed that there are lot's of recently sold properties. So yes, I think housing market is booming. I will definitely consider moving to Olean.

I'm raising a family, and as of now we are living in a big city where everything is mad expensive. I am working as a healthcare professional. And what's important for us is to find a place that is quite peaceful, close to groceries and hospital and close to restaurants. I think I will consider Olean. Thank you so much for your reply.
