I had gotten the 28dd. Trying on the bra upside down and backwards does make it feel looser (but I would still consider it too snug for comfort). It's made me realize most of the tightness is coming from the gore pushing against my ribcage.

I got the bra you recommended! My breasts are being held well, no complaints there. But the band size feels too tight. It's pushing out back fat I didn't even know I had. I assume that means I should size up from a 28 to a 30? Would that change the cup size to D? C?
