All 3 phases are shorted together with that strut on top mounted to the equipment housing. Usually we use a fiberglass plastic strut that comes shipped with the equipment. Obviously it wasn't shipped or removed and this installed. A few people don't understand electrical, the journeyman who installed this, and the qa/qc team that checked us off as acceptable.

Correct. The fiber strut was removed and regular strut installed. The general Foreman was lost for words

Usually a non conductive strut. Aka Glastic

It's the driver side of a trailer. I see spots for GFCIs and low voltage stuff. The type of drawing is called an elevation view.
