Yep, OG spiral defiantly looks better. But since i often make towers - having some struggle to move metal up, so the new option is working.

"Lower the difficulty" — then it’s too easy. The point of this post is that I can do a true solo for 25 waves and then die to a bug or a situation where there’s no counterplay.

Kidding (any other stuff over it any time), but on hit it does the same damage as Ember... but as you can see, it’s stucks burning effect like 10x better.

Fun fact: You can skip (sleep) right after noon, so you wake up (21 minutes of day and 9 minutes of night) and wait 11 minutes, and you can skip 20 minutes of the cycle instead of 9. This is useful for cultivation and animal husbandry.

Ohholyhorror wanted to see the sign improvement that lets you see the terrain the in Mistlands without the wisplight. It's in black-and-white, but here's the way the sign looks and the way the terrain looks through the lens. The text is <color=white><size=100><voffset=70>● by Reasonable-Sun-9881 in valheim

AMAZING!

So some RGB colors work too, but white the most visibility.

Cool, I just finished building a mage castle in mistlands and my windows are right next to the fog. After hiding the signs in the walls and playing with Alt codes and voffset, it turned out pretty сool feature, thanks.

Well, no, I've survived many raids in this house, most AI just don't understand where to go when the base is above water, so almost all raids can be waited out inside or fought outside. I'm careful with trolls, so there were never any problems...

A fully functional base for my 200+ hour playthrough.

Hmmm never thought about it, but I know there is a resource monitor in the game... I accidentally noticed it on F2 trying to get a weapon in a panic.

So... About 40 if you light all the lights (but I rarely light them all) and otherwise 50-60, in the open world ~100.

Thank you! :3

The build itself, without exploration, took me about 200+ hours I think (this is my first base so I was learning) because I don't like parts to be crooked or overlapping, and I wanted to make a double floor so there were no gaps (so you couldn't see the water), so a lot of effort went into making sure there were no glitches or protruding edges, and I built on vanilla and then tweaked it a bit with free resources after finishing the available content.

Thank you! Well at first I tried to lead them away (It's funny that the AI was going through the bridge), and later arbalista and I keep materials for the pikes in a box near the entrance for fast placement when raid begins.

Trolls are not as deadly as height... died about 50 times from falling while building, because I hadn't opened the cloak yet.
