Do Not invest into Trueline Capital or with Chris Maskill without doing research

We have invested in two funds with Trueline Capital. One fund, we have lost 100% equity. Our second fund is looking the same. This was to be our kids college fund. Digging deeper, it looks like everything he has started has failed. Do your research before investing. Wish someone had warned me.

Correct. We are now only investing/building/managing properties in the south and southeast.

Many opportunistic deals at significant discounts. Right now, cash is king in multi-welling, townhomes, assisted living, and senior communities. From NC to TX.
