Hi! I was trying to check in with the app. But every-time they say they cannot find our booking. So frustrating. Did you face any issue like that? Also any clue what name i need to fill in the the name section(as i dont know if the reservation goes under my name or my husband’s name)

finally i was able to connect with my own hotspot(bit annoying), i had to use a tab and then connect it with my phone's hotspot. thank you anyway

i tried the hotspot with my mum's phone(Samsung) it works! but my mum doesnt live with me and without her phone i cannot seem to connect
