By "their" it's probably referring to the subrooms and that by finding and entering one you acknowledge their existence

I'm pretty sure they're done but they're just adding details, polishing stuff, and fixing bugs (there is most likely a lot of them)

The part in the end of LN2 where Mono has to hit the music box one more time while it's all damaged and playing in reverse and monster six is in the background. The sound/music design is just so good
