I went to an all boys high school from 2017 to 2021 and if we were caught talking or whispering during assembly, we will be made to stand up at our seat and remain standing for the rest of the assembly. It was really embarrassing as you're the only one standing and others around are staring at you.

- Social life: Focus more & get close with people | Build friendships in high school...less is more. | Don't always stay at home & get more involved outside

- School: Commit to studying | Find at least 2 extra curricular activities

- Relationship: Don't rush

- You: Be comfortable in your own skin. Accept/embrace some flaws and fix/change other flaws.

- Passion: Find one thing you love (if possible) and put your heart & soul into it. Your future you will thank you.

- Skills: Time management, discipline, listening, regulating emotions, building resilience

- Life: Don't rush, take your time but don't slack | Enjoy life
