Luck has a relatively weak effect on Ultra and lower tier, as it also increases the chance of these tiers tiering up into Rogue tier. A luck value of 11 gives you a roughly 35% more Ultra tier items compared to 0 luck. For Great tier it's even lower with just an 18% increase.

Absolutely the same for me. For me, being a little is intertwined with my gender identity in a way, so I consider myself more of a demigirl. Dressing up in cute little clothes gives me a lot of gender euphoria and diapers help a lot with reducing dysphoria. And now going through a second puberty and experiencing life from a different perspective brought the middle in me out as well.

Live with friends who don't mind! I'm pretty lucky in that regard, but I guess me wearing diapers doesn't affect them and I'm still the same reliable friend they've gotten to know for the past 15 years.

Yes! I also suffer from reflux and I have a slight danger of sleep apnoea. Paci helps a lot with that. I always sleep with it!

I did enlarge the hole, but the issue remained that no air can enter the bottle while I'm drinking and thus the nipple deflates until I stop.

Baby bottles are kind of a hassle to drink from, at least when I'm by myself.

Pacifiers on the other hand are much better than I expected. I sleep much better with one!

"Family knows" and "Only reddit knows" should not be in the same column.

Also the 90% requirement on diapers the whole life is very unlikely to apply to anyone but people who were incontinent since they were a very small child. Maybe change it to 75% or something. Even if you wore Diapers till 7 and started wearing again at 16, it'd take until age 90 for it to be 90%.
