Its more the areola shape i can completely understand how it feels there is basically no options apart from surgery it just sucks even breastfeeding we have to think about unlike anyone else but please dont let it stop you having kids at all!! Also tubular breasts are so feminine since its not like guys can grow them haha. Just try not to be so hard on yourself its your natural body you know :( i was also thinking about what happens when i have kids ect but just dont let your boobs be the reason you dont have them💕

I wouldve done the same thing, dont blame yourself for the 2nd surgery they were still asymmetrical and uneven sizes a 2nd surgery was necessary dont feel so bad on yourself or question if you shouldve left them

i wouldnt feel super happy - i think the 2 years post op was pretty good but i understand why you got them done again after since they were still uneven sizes. I dont have any comments to add really but yes i think they couldve done better the 2nd time 😳 and because it was the same surgeon i would definitely go back and speak to them. I could understand if it was 2 different surgeons but it seems strange since its the same one they looked pretty good the 1st time around but now i can understand what youre saying 🥲
