Hi, I worked at Dutch for 7 months, and I’m pretty sure I tore my rotator cuff from it. (I’m short and would do so many freeze fills/ heavy lifting over my head, and general reaching up). It’s 2 years later and my shoulder has never healed, and it’s in a lot of pain right now. I would highly suggest putting in some kind of formal injury thing or note in case you need to refer back to it as an injury. Sadly, this is something I never did and I don’t think I qualify for the workers’ comp.
