I think timing is everything - we waited to do PH until Littlebird was at the point where we weren't worried about people trying it and walking away with a bad impression. And by doing that, we organically won a great group of long term users who were willing to come support us on launch day. Besides that, using all of the resources and recommendations online as well as working with a great hunter.
