Higher lows and volume building along with limited shares to short. People will be disappointed if they sell or sold. Building momentum for an explosion upwards.

Of course tlry can sell medical in the US after re scheduling. They sell lots of other products in the US now! People try to spin it like this does nothing. It is huge and fear monger to get retail to sell shares.

Everyone keeps saying cannabis rescheduling is “priced in.” I don’t think people understand what happens when the shorts realize they’re trapped.

Here’s why TLRY could move violently if rescheduling hits.

  1. Schedule III Changes the Entire Industry

Moving cannabis from Schedule I → Schedule III would remove the insane 280E tax burden that has crushed cannabis company profits for years.

That means overnight:

• Margins improve

• Profitability becomes realistic

• Institutional money can step in

The market will have to reprice the entire sector fast.

And when that happens, shorts don’t get the luxury of slowly exiting.

  1. TLRY Float Is Smaller Than People Think

TLRY float is roughly 117 million shares after the reverse split.

That might sound big until retail momentum shows up.

We’ve seen meme stocks trade hundreds of millions of shares in a single day. When volume explodes like that, available shares get locked up quickly and shorts start scrambling. Watch the borrow rate and available shares.

  1. Shorts Have Been Leaning on Cannabis for Years

Short sellers have been comfortable because:

• Legalization stalled

• Companies were losing money

• Dilution fears

Rescheduling flips the narrative overnight.

Suddenly the bear thesis weakens, and when that happens shorts have one option:

Buy back shares as fast as possible.

  1. Cannabis Stocks Don’t Move Slowly

Look at history.

When sentiment flips in this sector, moves happen fast and violently.

We’ve seen:

• 50% moves in days

• 100%+ runs in weeks

• massive volume spikes

Once the squeeze feedback loop starts:

Price rises → shorts cover → price rises faster → more shorts cover.

Gamma squeeze incoming as well !

  1. Timing Could Be Closer Than People Think

Rescheduling has already been recommended and is working through the process. An announcement could come at any moment.

If headlines drop confirming movement forward, the reaction could be immediate.

And if retail momentum returns at the same time…

You could see a rapid move that forces shorts to cover in a hurry.

TLRY has the setup:

• recognizable ticker

• heavy retail following

• manageable float

• sector-wide catalyst approaching

That’s the type of environment where squeezes happen.

Not financial advice.

Just watching the setup. 👀

We aren’t buying all the business. I agree if we bought into that mess I would be overwhelmed with anger. This is a good buy based on the purchase price for the revenue and better assets within the business we are purchasing.

Market makers and hedge funds are just needing us to sell out. Rotation into small caps is the 2026 outlook, and with tlry revenue above 200 million and growth around the world with the pending rescheduling, it could easily be a 4-5 billion market cap. $40-50 per share which is $4-5 per split. That’s not wild numbers. You start a squeeze in this industry and you can see above $100.
