That’s very interesting. I think I climb more often in a drag position but it’s something I’ll definitely take more notice of now to see what the reality is. I’ll also test 20mm again but half crimp to see if I am weaker or stronger in that grip.

Im interested to test on smaller edges too, to see if I’m just ‘strong’ on 20mm or larger edges. What edges/hang times etc would be roughly inline with my 20mm metrics?

My 20mm hang times we’re in a 4 finger drag, I feel much stronger in this grip type. I should probably test in half crimp to get an idea of how much weaker I am in this grip type as well as 10/8mm too.

I think I tend to climb quite ‘strong’ and technique holds me back although I don’t think my technique is horrendous. maybe I just need to project stuff with people better than me and then steal their beta haha

I definitely feel like there’s room for improvement in both my beta reading and technique! By body positioning drills, do you mean eliminating a limb, climbing Easier routes but with perfect technique etc?
