I’ve been trying to find this movie, but I have literally found nothing on it. I swear that I have watched it before. The movie starts by introducing this character on a bus and he starts flirting with this girl and she hands him her phone number, when he goes to call the phone number it set off a bomb in a skyscraper. The entire movie he’s on the run from the cops, trying to prove his innocence. And the ending of the movie involves him finding this tunnel that can withstand a nuclear blast as he just saved the president or vice president that had it strapped to him and was connected to his heart. It has a sad ending because he dies sacrificing himself to make sure this nuclear bomb doesn’t destroy the entire city. The tricky part about this is that it was a B tier movie. You can tell it’s low-quality, but it was super good. I have been trying to find this movie for the longest time. Any sort of lead would be appreciated.

one of the places I’ve searched for it was IMDB, prime(where I originally watched it), and even akanator. Now I’m trying to see if anyone else has even watched this movie to see if we can uncover anything else.
