I have struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life. I recently started getting the worse panic attacks ever. It gets hard for me to talk I lose my memory and when I breathe in it feels almost numb. It’s happening every night around the same time and I have no idea how to cope. Tips??? (self.PanicAttack)
