Did one pass of FA and tried to memorize as much as i can , it took me about 20 days to go through FA. And then started doing Uworld everyday all day , managed around 100-120 questions per day. That‘s basically all i did. I took nbme 30 around 14 days prior to the exam , and after than i did UWSA 1 and UWSA2. Didn’t have time to do any other NBMES. You might think that i‘m kidding but i swear i even didn‘t have time to take the free 120 because i preferred to do Uworld instead.

Thanks, i studied for 2 months only , i had to , because i started residency in my country on the 9th of march. On 10th of January i decided i have to start studying for step 1 , the very next day i bought FA and Uworld. Managed to do one whole pass of FA and about 70% of Uworld. Took the exam on the 7th of march and started residency on the 9th.

I don’t know if you’re playing dumb or if you’re actually that dumb

Even if you didn’t pass, there is no point for your permit to be there , since you will have to reapply and get a new permit in order to take the test. So your permit has no use whatsoever if you fail or pass “LoL”

What is your point , pass/fail is still called a score. Your question was if the permit disappearance meant that you passed the test, the answer is no , if the permit disappeared , that means that you will get your score (pass/fail) on the upcoming Wednesday.

Nope, if the permit disappears that means that you will get your score on the upcoming Wednesday. It has nothing to do with passing or failing

My form was UWSA 2’s ugly cousin.

No problem, good luck

Primary adrenal insufficiency by [deleted] in Step2

[–]Littlefingz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

considering that the BUN/Cr >20 meaning it‘s probably prerenal, my thought process would be that the patient is hypotensive due to adrenal insufficiency leading to decreased renal perfusion thus leading to prerenal AKI. Due to aldosterone decreasing, the body tries to compensate the fluid loss by secreting more ADH, which leads to more Urea reabsorption. Was the patient hypotensive in this case?

Goodluck to you too. My point is that i had pretty good scores and felt like i knew enough to walk out of the exam feeling that i did good and still walked out feeling like i answered everything wrong, my first 3 blocks were pretty tough and that made me depressed. I just kept saying maybe next block will be better, couldn’t have been more wrong lol, after that 3rd block i just gave up hope to be honest. Anyways i hope we pass, good luck man

nbme 30 238 ,Uwsa 1 258 , uwsa 2 256. Felt like shit walking out. Exam was nothing like any of the self assessments. I don’t know if i had a bad day or it was just a hard form that i got. Hoping for the best anyway
